ITB Build – Part 11

Small update today, some more work done on the car and more parts acquired.

Finished the bracket mounting for the brake prop valve.

Had these bolts machined so that the head was shorter, these bolt the fuel rail bracket to the head and there is shit all clearance. These should help out  a bit.

Engine and gearbox was in preparation for the new head and getting a workshop to dial in the camshafts and adjustable cam gears. I've also picked up a new NB 5-speed gearbox to replace my old one. Will be replacing all the seals in the box too.

Received my custom CNC laser cut stainless radio panel, allows awesome fitment for DIN head-units and space for a gauge. These can be made for 2 and 3 gauges too, even 4, 5 and 6 gauge configurations. Matches well with the KG Works tombstone.

This is what it looks like on a regular tombstone, not bad ey!

Factory tombstone fitment with radio and gauge installed.
